Loving Life
Our rental house is a mess, work is stressful, Daddy has been really busy but what is most important is little Whitney Marie. She brings so much joy into our lives and every time we get overwhelmed or upset we just think of her and smile. It may not always be as easy as looking or thinking about our dear child but for right now it works and we could not be more thankful for this little bundle of joy.
She will be 9 months on Tuesday (10/11) and we cannot believe how fast the past nine months have gone by!! Whit has changed so much recently and her cute personality is coming out which delights us even more. Still no movement other than rolling over but she is learning more and more sign language and amazes us everyday. Her latest thing is to wave; she doesn't just move her fingers to do it, she literally swings her arm back and forth...you cannot miss it!! Jenny taught her how to say "me" in sign language, so on a good day if you ask her "who is a pretty girl" she will point to her chest. Ryan taught her how to pray and it is adorable to watch her figure out how to intertwine her fingers into the right position.
Whitney is also getting good at feeding herself and will WILDLY sign "more, more, more" every chance she gets to make sure she has a fist full of cheerios at all times! She loves to make the "kiss" sound and act as if she is blowing kisses. Can you tell I think everything she does it cute:)
Below are some pictures from the past few weeks of her at our house and Jenny's:) Enjoy!!

For those of you that know my brother Caleb, I think Whitney looks just like him in this picture.
Waving her arm at daddy on the stairs behind me!
So happy to spend the day with Grandma!
Loves playing with her Weebles...so serious!
Whitney has been so patient with the craziness at our rental house. One morning we had to wait for the Duke Energy man to finish up and then meet with the cleaning people all before 12!! She was a trooper and thought she was cool stuff sitting like this is the car while we stayed warm!!
