See ya never
Ryan and I purchased this house before we were engaged in 2005. It was a cute house for us to live in that was in the middle of Rookwood and Mason where we both worked at the time. After our wedding in 2007, we decided to look for a house in Loveland but ended up keeping this house as a rental because the housing market was not doing well.
Fast Forward to 2020 and we are done being landlords. We had one bad experience after another and honestly were tired of holding our breath every time it rain or the phone would ring, thinking it was something wrong with our property.
Ryan and I decided, with the help of the best realtor we know, to fix the house up and sell it. We knew there were some issues but did our best to make it shine. After all new appliances, fresh paint everywhere and lots of work, we listed it as prayed that it would go without too much of a fight.
Thankfully the house sold in a weekend and we even got to walk away with no repairs after inspection and signing was in before the coronavirus lockdown!! It couldn't have worked out better! We are so thankful to have that house out of the way, especially after the rain we had this spring!!
See ya never Sanborn!
