Play date and outside fun

We have been so lucky with this weather and have made sure to enjoy it every chance we get!!  Whitney loves to be outside.  She waves to everything whether it is living or not.  When we go on walks she talks the whole time and make sure to wave and say "hi" to everything we pass:)

We finally had a play date with Jamison and Will.  It has been a long time coming and all three of them did really well.  Whitney isn't around other little ones very often and we were curious as to how she would act to others playing with her toys.  She didn't like Will playing with her Elmo but everything else seemed to be okay.  Towards the end of the time, Whitney really warmed up and was very curious of Jamison.  He was walking all over the house and she would say "bye" and "where are you" when she couldn't see him.  Of course she didn't interact or talk to him when he was close...but when he was out of sight she was talking up a storm.  Maybe next time!!  She also really liked being close to baby Will.  She said "nite nite" over and over when he went into his car seat to go home and even blew him a kiss:)

The grass finally dried out and we were able to run around.  She was loving it!

I try not to let her have her pacifier during the day, unless she is napping or in the car, and the little stinker found her pacifier hanging on her coat and stood there to suck it.  She was very proud of her discovery!

Playing outside with Emma after she got home from school.  She adores her!

Walking up to the bus to get Caroline.  She has quite a long walk but LOVES IT!!!

Eating our afternoon snack outside.  Tess, our neighbors dog, was out and whining because she wanted attention; so Whitney said, "its ok" over and over until she was finished with her snack.  It was so funny.

We finally get over there and Tess turns her back haha!!  Tess had a lot of energy so we clapped our hands and she would run as fast as she could around the yard, Whit could barely contain herself with excitement!!

Tess even licked our fingers! (dont worry she is a very nice dog:)

Whit was so excited after sweeping the carpet and cleaning up for the our play date friends to come over that I just had to snap a pic!

Here is Whit playing with Jamison.  They were both shy when they were close to each other but hopefully that will get better when we have more play dates!

Here is Whit looking at Will.  She was very curious but Will was more into watching the TV!

As I said before, Whitney adores Emma and I am sure loved having her give her the bottle.  I do not know what we are going to do next year when we dont see them everyday -- I think weekly play dates are in order:)
