Ryan and Casey plus 2

Our special little girl had a wonderful birthday!!  It started with a trip to build a bear with Mamaw and Papaw to make her very special bear, which she named Cadeeuna....haha!  On Saturday we celebrated at Chuck e Cheese's with a few friends and cousins!  It was a great day and Whit felt so special.  Later that day we got to see Aunt Kelley and Mike's new apartment and Whitney was again showered with gifts and love!!  Unfortunately Whit came down with a cold the next day so she was sick on her actual birthday but we still made her feel special and she enjoyed her dinner of choice -- goldstar:)

We do not frequent the Aquarium very much because it is far away and expensive; but they had a deal going on so we decided to take Meredith for her first experience.  We were greeted at the door by a person in a penguin costume and that did not go over very well with Mere!  After that though it was all smiles and happiness.  Both girls loved the tunnels and sharks.  

Not only is Whitney 5, but Meredith is a year and a half!!!!  Time is just flying by, I now understand why my grandparents used to say they needed to find a rock to put on our heads to stop us from getting any bigger :) Mere's personality is growing more every day.  She is a silly girl that loves to run throughout the house and make us all laugh.  She is stubborn, decisive and very into routines.  Meredith wants to be anywhere Whitney is and tries to be just like her.  She does however have a mean streak and hits, pinches, or pulls her hair quite frequently.  She likes to feed herself and is now sitting in a booster seat at the table which makes her feel so big!  She will eat almost anything you give her and would prefer to eat all day long if you let her.  Fruit is her favorite, followed by waffles and yogurt.
