Circus

We decided on a whim last week to buy tickets to the circus.  We didn't go last year because we knew Whit wouldn't sit and lets face it, tickets are expensive!!  We decided to go this year and she seemed really excited about it; and so was Ryan because he has never been either.  (We will have to confirm this with Gammy though because sometimes he tends to forget things like that :))))). Our tickets were for the 11:00 show on Saturday and what a nice day it was.  We got there a little early and enjoyed the outside time while Daddy waited in the will call line.  Once inside, it was a sight to be seen.  There were bright colors, loads and loads of toys, loud noises and lots and lots of people!!!  Whit was a little overwhelmed at first, as you can imagine, but was excited for the show to start. We got to our seats in the middle of the pre-show and she loved watching the elephants do silly tricks.  The show itself was very neat, and again a lot to ...

GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today we went to the doctor to find out if our little Keeba (Whitney's name for the baby), was a boy or a girl.  I woke up at 4:00 am because I was so excited to go and thank goodness our appointment was at 8:00 am, because I didn't want to wait another second! Whit was so very excited too.  She totally knew she was getting a brother and loved seeing the baby's feet and hands.  When the ultrasound technician said, "its a girl!" Whit sat in silence for about ten seconds and I thought she was going to cry.  Then she said, "BEST DAY EVER!!!"  Ha priceless!! I had a feeling it was a girl even though I started to doubt myself because just about everyone else guessed boy.  I also thought it could be a boy because I have been so sick and this baby moves so so much more then Whitney did.....but I still couldn't say it was a boy.  That same feeling I had with Whitney came over me and I just really thought it was a girl, mothe...

Big Girl!

Whit has been potty trained for about a year now but still wears a pull up at night...until now:) I always told her if we could go five nights without peeing in her pull up, I would let her sleep in her big girl undies and she finally did it!!!  Last night was her first night and she woke up dry!!!  YAY!!!  She was so proud and even told the cashier at Target haha!
